Dr. Anita Martin, Ph.D., LPC-S, RPT-S™

Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator

Dr. Martin is a Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor (LPC-S) in AR, LA, GA, and ID, with a wealth of experience and qualifications. Her education includes a doctorate in Counselor Education & Supervision from Capella University, a Master of Arts in Counseling from Webster University, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Central Arkansas. Additionally, she is a registered play therapist supervisor, EMDRIA Approved Consultant, an EMDR Certified Therapist, an AASECT Sex Therapist, a trained Gottman Therapist, and a sand tray therapist. She has specialized in counseling children, adolescents, and adults, and has been a licensed counselor since 2015. Dr. Martin has been in private practice for the last 14 years in Central Arkansas and is a professor at a local university. Her extensive qualifications and experience establish her as a credible and expert professional in the field of mental health.

Rubina Haroutonian, LMFT, RPT™

Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator

Rubina is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping families discover positive solutions to their children’s developmental and behavioral concerns. Growing up with a sibling with autism, Rubina developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges faced by families with children who have special needs. Her personal experience has fueled her passion for working with families, guiding children to develop social skills, and supporting them in feeling secure in relationships. With a focus on sensory processing, Rubina designs sensory calm-down spaces for school students. She provides teacher training on how sensory processing, ADHD, and learning differences affect behavior and academic performance. Additionally, Rubina is a certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® (LSP) facilitator, offering LSP workshops to students and teachers. She finds this creative method incredibly impactful in fostering collaboration and problem-solving in educational settings.

Tatum Pinckney, LCSW-C, RPT™

Certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® Facilitator

Tatum O. Pinckney, LCSW-C, RPT, holds a Bachelor of Arts in Criminology and Criminal Justice and a master’s in social work from the University of Maryland. As a licensed clinical social worker, registered play therapist™, and certified LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitator, Tatum has dedicated over 19 years to advocating for children and families within the child welfare system. Currently serving as a School Social Worker with the Baltimore City Public Schools, Tatum focuses on students’ social-emotional development and well-being. She integrates play therapy to engage students in problem-solving, emotional expression, and self-awareness. With a strong foundation in social work and child development, Tatum tailors interventions to meet the diverse needs of her students, fostering resilience and academic success. Tatum is deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive environment where students can thrive both in and out of the classroom. She works collaboratively with educators, families, and community resources to ensure that each child receives the comprehensive support needed to succeed.
